Step 5 — Delivery Final high-resolution artwork is delivered digitally, with optional print fulfillment available. Cancellation Policy
By booking a commission with swampwitchgalleries.com�, you agree to the following terms: A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your commission slot. Remaining balances must be paid before final delivery or shipment. Turnaround times vary based on project size and queue volume. Minor revisions are included depending on commission tier; major revisions may require additional fees. Swamp Witch Galleries maintains artistic freedom and will not replicate another artist’s work. Completed commissions are non-refundable. Physical items ship with tracking when available; digital commissions are delivered electronically. Artwork is for personal use only unless commercial rights are purchased separately. Swamp Witch Galleries reserves the right to decline any commission request.
